As with most cell phone rental companies, we require an advanced deposit to guarantee your reservation. The amount of the deposit is $75.00. Our insurance covers anything over this amount.

Any pre-payments will be 100% refunded if you cancel your reservation at least 5 days in advance of your arrival date.

This gives us time to re-rent your cell phone in the event you need to cancel.

Payments can be made by credit card, Google Checkout, Direct Deposit to Wells Fargo Bank, or cash at delivery.

We accept Master Card, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card.

The final payment for the remainder of your rental balance can be made at any time right up to when you take delivery of your cell phone.

Many clients prefer to pay the rental balance in full before leaving for Costa Rica. When exiting the airport it can be hectic. This way, you do not have to bring as much cash with you to Costa Rica, and everything is pre-paid and taken care of by the time you arrive. One transaction instead of two. It is up to you.

Security Deposit:

If your have not already done so prior to leaving to go to Costa Rica, when you take delivery on your Cell Phone, you pay any balance remaining on your rental term.

Our insurance covers any damage or theft over $75.00, so this amount is your security deposit. If your cell phone is returned undamaged, your security deposit credit card authorization is cancelled and never processed or charged to your credit card.

To our knowledge, we have the lowest security deposit of any cell phone rental agency in Costa Rica. Unlike other local  or an individual rental agency that require a cash deposit we work from Google Checkout, as a legeal company we are required to keep our account in the U.S. to guarantee your deposit is returned through Googl Checkout.
